Each order is processed subject to product availability. Once the parcel has been handed over to the cooperating courier or transport company, Coquet shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by the carrier or by events of force majeure, such as strikes, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the Company's control.
Should it be necessary to verify any order details or request additional information, the Company reserves the right to contact the customer by telephone or via e-mail.
The shipment tracking number stated on the courier company's shipping document is sent to the customer by e-mail or SMS shortly after the parcel has been collected by the courier. This confirms the timely dispatch of the order by Coquet. Therefore, Coquet is responsible solely for the timely dispatch of orders and not for the final delivery time, which depends on the courier company.
After the goods have been dispatched by our Company, they travel at the customer's responsibility. Customers are advised not to accept any parcel that shows visible signs of external damage caused during transportation.
If requested, orders may be delivered to the customer's address through a courier or transport company. Coquet currently cooperates with ACS Courier.

Orders over €120.00 qualify for free shipping.
Upon request, goods may also be shipped through any carrier selected by the customer. In such cases, all shipping costs shall be borne exclusively by the customer.
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday at 15:00 and on Saturdays at 11:00, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the daily dispatch time will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
For orders paid by credit card, shipment will take place only after the cardholder's details have been successfully verified. This verification process may take more than 24 hours.
For destinations classified as remote or inaccessible by the courier company, delivery will be made to the nearest available service point.
Coquet reserves the right to refuse Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. Cash on Delivery is available only for courier shipments.
