Returns Policy

  • The product must not have been used.
    The change must be made within 14 calendar days (from the day of receipt of the parcel).
  • Be in the condition that received by the customer, complete and without damage, and the packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product.
  • You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement for the following reasons :

Wrong product shipping

In those cases where, through proven fault of Be Queen Boutique, products were delivered to you in a design or size different from that of the order, you can return the products.

Product manufacturing defect

In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you bought and request its replacement with the same or another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish within in 7 (seven) calendar days from its receipt.

Product change

In case you want a simple change of the product you bought you should send an e-mail to info@coquet.gr. Alternatively, you can call the customer service department at 2310-452600.

Change costs are 5 euros and are made exclusively with ACS courier at the following details:

Coquet, 23 Tarpon Springs, Rhodes 851 00 tel: 22410-22270.
There are no refunds for purchases from our eshop.
In any case where the above process of informing the company is not followed before sending the change or the recipient is charged, the parcel will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at his own expense.
Change costs are covered by the customer.
At outlets where the discount exceeds 50% NO CHANGES ARE MADE!!
